I'm not entirely sure this is the correct section to put it in, But I'm wondering why my download is so much higher than my upload?
Of course i expect upload to be les, but is that much less ok?
Sometimes speedtest shows i have 0.0Mb/s upload, Though I can seed and upload stuff to other sites just fine.
Normally it is a bout 10% of your download speed.
(1 Mb/sec for you)
But your speed is also plausible.

What type of connection are you on? If it's DSL, upload speeds tend to be slow, if not, they should be much faster.
