Any Unity game that doesn't give you the configuration window selects display 1 for the game, and no matter what I do I can't seem to make my main monitor number 1.
Here is what I mean:

The vertical monitor wants to be #1 when #2 is my main. I've tried unplugging it while it boots, uninstalling it, plugged the HDMI cord from #2 into a DVI-HDMI adapter (#2 only has HDMI), switching the plugs at the back and probably a few other things by now. Has anyone else had this problem before?
hold alt while you start the game and the config window will appear.
not sure how to fix the issue though

maybe swap cable slots?
Doesn't seem to work with Gang Beasts unfortunately, it did for the rest though

Tried swapping slots already, my main monitor can only use HDMI but I've tried using a DVI-HDMI adapter and swapping the DVI slots around

It's shift by default.
Also the game usually will have the monitor control.
Now the game wont leave its portrait state when I switch to landscape and relaunch so I can't even see if I can change the monitor from the settings:

Shift wont bring up the config window either
