I use the classic steam skin because I like nostalgia.

I just wish Valve would do an official Steam overhaul already. Origin had a pretty nice one recently.
Why do all the neat looking "clean" skins need to gimp the steam overlay so much? Every nice looking Steam skins hides features I use frequently, like community guides, Steam Workshop, screenshots, and recent players in the in-game overlay. I use those so frequently that I don't bother with skins because I'd rather it be ugly and functional than pretty and useless.
