• What do against tiredness?

I am tired even though I had enough sleep. I just ate a 0,2g tablet of caffeine and it didn't help so I assume that energy drinks and coffee won't help either. What do?
amphetamines
Exercising
Exercising
Definitely this, sitting around doing fuck all is the easiest way to make yourself feel tired 24/7.
Exercising
Doesn't really help me. It tires me even more.
How much do you sleep exactly, and for how long? If you think you're getting enough, you're probably getting too much sleep.
Doesn't really help me. It tires me even more.
Then you're probably doing something wrong.
How much do you sleep exactly, and for how long? If you think you're getting enough, you're probably getting too much sleep.
Around 8 hours
sleep more
It could be a lack of iron in your diet, I have the same problem.
Drink water, do some exercises. It sounds weird I know but it pretty much got rid of my tiredness outright once I started doing it on a regular schedule
Exercise more regularly
Go cold turkey on caffeine for 2 weeks, then it will work again You'll just be 10x more tired for 2 weeks
Exercise more regularly
This is not the answer I wanted to hear.
This is not the answer I wanted to hear.
Yeah well short of pumping your body full of caffeine and inevitably crashing it's your only option. [editline]18th June 2013[/editline] Just do a few situps and pushups or something, get the blood going. 10 minutes out of your day. It's not horrible.
Around 8 hours
Sleeping more is a good answer. Like 2 more hours at max.
crystal meth
are you drowsy all the time, or just out of it, almost like in a dream or something? could be depersonalization or w/e its called.
Get some more B12.
Humans energy levels are overall higher when you have a consistent sleep schedule (sleeping & waking at almost same times daily), and they are higher still when most of your time awake is during daylight, ie sleeping shortly after it turns dark. Of course abiding by this 100% is impractical with our social lives, so the closer you get to this, the more energy you will have, providing you make use of it. It is easy to feel tired when you aren't actually doing anything, you'd be surprised how quickly you can summon the energy to do things when you actually start doing it. Exercising will make you feel more awake if you don't completely exhaust yourself, just go out for a bike ride or something. So TL;DR -Don't stay up so late, wake up earlier and try to get around 9-10 hours of sleep if possible. Aim for making use of the daylight hours. -Don't oversleep, it actually makes you feel more tired. -Don't sit idle for your entirely, periodically walk around and/or get a short bit of exercise as often as you can weekly. Even if it's not for very long - aim for more than 10 minutes walking at a brisk speed or biking -Eat 3 meals a day. If you are waking up past noon, you are doing something wrong. At the very least, eat something and delay the rest of your meals. -Make sure you aren't vitamin and electrolyte deficient -STAY HYDRATED -Caffeine should only be used as a last resort for staying awake longer, not to keep you awake all day
I would first make sure your not low in blood pressure (AKA, something medically in the way.) If it's a long term effect thing, just try to get more sleep and when you wake up don't push yourself out of bed. Make it gradual. If it's a short term thing. cold water, or loud noises. Temperature shocks usually do the trick (Basically cold water.)
Snort some coke
Not too long ago my brother started eating healthier foods and he says that since he's changed his diet he always sleeps better and wakes up well rested.
go outside or eat cocaine eat cocaine
Ok caffeine tablet cocaine coffee (make with red bull instead of water) 1) Grind up tablet 2) Place both ground up tablet and cocaine between 2 thin tissues. 3) Swallow the wrapped package with the help of the coffee 4) finish cup of coffee 5) Wait for tissues to dissolve so the package is all released at the same time. 6) Hear color.
Actually try sleeping less and then try sleeping more. See when you feel more awake. Don't drink too much coffee since tolerance will rise much and then it can lose it's some of it effect, or rather you must drink more coffee to get the same high. But if this doesn't work and it really bothers you I think a doctor could know better answers than me
Play Amnesia
Drink more water.
Ride a really, really hardcore roller coaster 10 times over.
