Using Hackingtosh to develop on a jailbroken iDevice

I am using a virtual machine running Snow Leopard, to develop for a jailbroken iPod Touch.
to do this without the 99 a year developers fee, I have to use SFTP and console to upload my program to the idevice to check (I plan to buy the liscence at the very END when I want to put this on app store)
I am actually wondering, A) is there any programs that exist to automate the upload via sftp / run program through console to alter certifiate. Or if not would anyone be intrested in one?
