Quite often http protocol goes down on my end for some reasons. I still have internet, steam and all other internet apps work, internet radio plays and so on, but all websites turn out 404 for that period while it goes down.
Is that a windows or isp problem? And it goes down in all browsers. I even have 2 vms running, and both have the same effect so it's computer wide atleast.
Are you on wifi?
Yes yes I am

I don't really see what you're getting at..
His Steam etc. stays up
What browser?
Does it do it on other browsers?
Has it always done it?
Could possibly be a DNS error, right? I had a similar problem months ago, and it was Virgin Media's shitty DNS not updating for me. It always worked properly after a modem reboot.

Mine is like 2 days old. Though this was happening on my old one too, so it's not router.
