I remembered seeing one of those out there but forgotten the name. Did a Google search but found nothing of use. Are there any of this software that protect the files inside the CD/DVD from getting copied out? Like so no one can make duplicates (something like DRM am I right?)
Please list them out, thanks.
When you rip or burn a disc in windows media player - you have the option to add DRM to the contents.

He said files, not music.
And no, as far as I know that's not possible. If you can read the disk, you can write it's contents to disk. If you want encryption, it pretty much always needs something installed on the local computer to read it. See: Truecrypt.
Also, look at Nero's InCD. It supports something called SecurDisk.

Yeah, it's not music.
But isn't TrueCrypt for hard disk? And can SecurDisk prevent people from copying the files in and out?

Wait.. InCD is complicated, but afaik it's not encrypting the disc (maybe it does but in a weird way)? Is there anyway to get "DRM" for files?
If you can read something, you can copy it somehow.
There is no way of making a CD so it cannot be duplicated, other than using specialized disks, like the ones game consoles use. They have barcodes near the hole that are read to verify the integrity of the disk and make sure it's not a dupe, but there are companies that sell kits to duplicate those as well.
The best alternative would be using encryption software to encrypt the data, so even if it is copied, it's useless without the password.

TrueCrypt
What you could do is installing the zip version of truecrypt, burning it down (with a truecrypt container containing your files) on a CD drive, and when you then want to look at the contents, simply open the TrueCrypt.exe and open your encrypted container.
