I can't copy anything onto this card. It gets like halfway, then seems to become inaccessible from Windows. The drive shows up, but I can't get into it. I formatted it with SD card formatter 3.0, but it's still acting up. Is this DOA, or is it savable?
Where did you buy the card?

NewEgg.

Was just checking as if it was from somewhere like eBay, it could've been a fake card.
Anyways, have you tried the card in other devices or card readers? Just to rule out the card reader you're using.

AFAIK the reader works. It doesn't have issues with anything else. I tried another MicroSD adapter too.

Format from windows.
Format from windows as FAT32.

CWM doesn't read it without that.
Format it with CWM then? I know that I can do it with version 3.

You're not understanding at all. Re-read the OP. And even when I format in Windows, the same thing happens.
