I was wondering if this is a hardware problem or not, is anyone else getting this? I have a ati 5770 If this is the wrong section, sorry.
Sadly I don't know if it's you or the game, all I know is that the game is incredibly buggy so it might be the game.
Driver update, CClean it, Game Booster. Try dat.

Wait I think the obl engine has alpha set up in models, so ask your friend for models too.
Lighting bug happens all the time, and by all the time I mean randomly.
I have been in vaults with no issues. And I'm running a 5850 on max settings. Although the game does seems to studder and my framerate never goes below 50. Try updating your drivers, but It might just be the game. Wait a bit for a patch.
I have a 5770, and I don't have these issues. using the 10.10 driver set too.
Sadly I don't know if it's you or the game, all I know is that the game is incredibly buggy so it might be the game.
Just like Fallout3!
