Anyone know of a good free program, preferably similar to photoshop, for editing pictures?
Paint.net or Gimp.
Yeah, paint.net is the best imo.
I use GIMP, and it's pretty nice, without being photoshop standard of course. Paint-net supposedly needs alot of plugins before really being useful, but I actually haven't tried it for a prolonged period.
Those are the only ones I know of.
GIMP is the best out there.
