Does AMD also offer scaling like Nvidia? (Black bars on the sides)

With Nvidia i am able to enable scaling on the GPU, so when i play a old game that is only at 4:3 it will put black bars on the sides. This is quiet handy if there is no widescreen mod/patch/hack etc.
I was just wondering if AMD also has this feature that works just like that? i had a HD7950 before i sold it so i'm currently on a older Nvidia card but i never remember it having such a feature in CCC.
