Maybe starting a diet to burn off those Christmas calories? Getting a job? Committing to your studies?
Having a new profound outlook on life just because another year ended?
NYE is always fun to celebrate, the dawn of a new age, etc, etc, and most people use it as an excuse for a new start, a clean slate (even though really, it's just people putting off actually committing until the year ends and most resolutions get put off even further), so I'm curious Facepunchers, what your New years Resolutions are.
I've had resolutions almost every single year up to this one, but they only last a month or two. Furthest one lasted until my birthday in May.
So, no major resolutions this year even though it's a pretty big "clean start" with graduation, 18th (legal in Aus), and University starting soon.
Maybe one though.
I'm resolute to have fun in 2011.

To be more honest and not pointlessly lie about things.

to make my own 3d physics engine from scratch

to make my own 3D FPS from scratch

to learn at least 6-7 programmming language

Nope.
New year resolutions are stupid and harder to uphold than regular goals.
I'm gonna start going to the gym three times a week. It's not a "New Years resolve," but rather a personal goal I have set for myself.
Graduating, getting a job, and not having sex.
