I'm sorry but what the hell is a seeded run, and specialized seeds? They list them as features and then don't tell you what it is.

you can input a seed before you play a run if you want to.

A seed is a code that decides what numbers a random number generator will generate. Basically, if you and someone else use the same seed, you'll have similar games.
