Just picked up an '83 Kawasaki 175 yesterday, knowing that it had been sitting for a while. Paid $400 for it. The guy had it started and running while i was there yesterday, and I rode it perfectly fine. When I got it back home, however, the bike did not fire up. It's got compression, both spark plugs (it has dual if one fails) spark, and its getting gas, because I know that the fuel line spilled gas on my hand when i unplugged it.
My suspicions are the carburetor. Possibly full of gunk or maybe the jets are clogged? Like I said, it ran yesterday after near 6 months of sitting, with gas in it. But when I got home, no more than 3 hours later, would not fire.
Here's a pic of the bike for curious eyes

Take it back to the seller and ask for a refund.
Other possible answers.
-Clogged oil tank
-Not enough gas
-Engine failure
-Previous owner is a douche who scammed you.
Try to run it again, may be a one time thing.

No, I knew it'd have this problem. Just making sure it'd be the carb before I rip the thing apart if it was something easier.
Something must be clogged.
