So, the sound stopped just suddently between two sessions like a month ago (just recencly heard of this problem), and I can't figure this out.
It's, as mentioned, a Levono Thinkpad X121e with Windows 7 Enterprice.
I have updated all drivers I could think of when trying to fix this problem, and Google didn't help much either, so I'm hoping for you guys to maybe know anything about it?
The sound works with headphones, it's just the built in speakers that doesn't work.

If the speakers suddenly stopped working and headphones work it sounds like your speakers are dead. Try a linux live cd and see if the sound works on there
