Usage: Med to high (graphics) gaming build
Is that case spacious? I want to have a good time building it. Since im new to bulding pcs

From what I can work out you have a LGA775 processor with a LGA1156 motherboard and DDR3 RAM, in other words, its incompatible.

And that PSU is overkill, you can go down at least 100w.

And that SSD is pretty average, get a OCZ Vertex instead.

CPU and Mobo won't work together, change the CPU to an i5 750
PSU is overkill, use the VX 550W version

you could easily save cash by taking off the unnecessary SSD, the use some of the cash you save from that to get better parts that directly affect performance rather than just cutting down on loading times a bit

don't bother with an SSD at all, it's an expensive luxury
not worth sacrificing on the rest of the build for
