I like it how job cuts in America/Europe get friendlies but this gets winners. Not racist though, right? :^)

Rating this winner is like rating an accident winner because someone else got hurt instead of you.
I think they're more happy that when they call support at Yahoo they might get someone who's name is [I]actually[/I] John from Connecticut.
