Will performing a full system restore delete Windows 7?

Sorry if this is a stupid question or has been asked before. I want to completely restore my PC because of multiple problems I've been having for a while, but I don't want the OS to be deleted too.
If it helps, I installed Windows 7 off a disk after I got the PC, and I have no idea where the disk or activation code is. :smith:

Full System Restore? If you mean format, yes. It will remove it.
But if it's just a System Restore option, that will only restore Windows 7. Not destroy it. But it might cause errors for programs.
Thanks for the help :buddy:
