I'd personally get all the Train Simulator DLC.
Simple, Get all games
Skyrim.
Download. Everything.
Call of Duty, Just to make activision loose profit.
Skyrim, then most of the games i'm not able to get.
Skyrim or Saints Row:The Third
It's your lucky day OP because Steam was hacked.
Valve would probably remove the games, So better off downloading nothing and not getting in trouble.
They would probably shut down accounts that downloaded the free games, but if not I would be going crazy; mainly I would get a bunch of multiplayer games and gift them to my brother. I only see him like once a month now, between my college and his job. He has a few multiplayer gamesbut cant afford many.
All the call of duty games 12 billion times. Then send 1 of each to everyone.
Select Skyrim.
Quantity 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999
Buy as gift
Start sending to people
Garrys mod and skyrim
Make a new steam account and download every Trainworks DLC, screencap and post.
Everything.
Although if I had to pick one thing to go after first...
Skyrim>Rage
Nothing, because steam does a wonderful job at making games available, and games released on the PC face enough problems from pirating.
On a moral stand (and because I support business), I'd keep my hands off the "free" merchandise. In general, pirating and illegal downloads are the equivalent of the plague: I stay the hell away from them.
Then watch as they remove your games, and laugh as you can't do shit about it. Cause you abused it at a time for free games. When they didn't mean in the first place.
Here come the Moral Police on their High horses, this is a HYPOTHETICAL question, basically it's about saying which game on steam you want the most right now.

And if I don't want anything ? Does that make me part of the so called "Moral Police" ?
Get multiples of the most expensive/new games. After 5 minutes are up, sell the duplicate copies for loadsa keys and unusuals in TF2. Use the keys to get more unusuals, then sell all of them for more profit than all the games combined cost.
Get Saints Row the Third.

Yes because that statement was directed at people who didn't need any games, not people who are talking down to everyone and feeling better because they answered a hypothetical question and talked about how bad piracy is.

Learn to read with context.

Rude. Also, if people want to further the subject a bit, let them do. Most of the time, it explain why they do not want any games.
Nothing because valve will remove all the things you downloaded during the period and may even close your account.
Errything
Hoping that Mann Co. Store is also hacked
OP knows something we don't
Nothing. I'd sit there being all Colbert.
