I think he'd be healthier if he lost the weight instead of loosening it.
I thought Gabe was actually self conscious of his weight, and that he's actually lost a great deal of weight since Gabe's fat jokes have been around.

There's a joke on SPUF about one of the other Valve employees and his obsession for snickers. It's actually not a gabe joke, it's making fun of someone else. I can't remember who though. I think his name was Tim.

Yeah I edited my post as you posted that.
I always thought the servers will spread out in various locations so an issue such at this in one place wouldn't prevent anyone from logging on. Mind you this is mostly because I can't ever remember a time where I couldn't log into the steam client (the friends/community system isn't so reliable).

Huh, I didn't even realise Steam was offline yesterday. When did it happen in GMT?
Wait, how does a power failure in one data center cause all Steam users to be unable to connect? Don't they have their servers all over the world? If it all relies on a single center it doesn't really sound like a good system.
