So just yesterday night I guess my Live ran out, no biggie I'd just have to renew a monthly membership. So when I went into the update payment methods I added the new credit card and selected it to pay for a Gold membership and I get this error message that says "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to [url]www.xbox.com/errorhelp[/url]. Status code: 8015003."
Obviously before making a post I researched this and other people have had this problem at various times so it's not an issue with their service being down or something. Their support as usual is terrible and I've tried everything. It won't even let me change my live ID I'm pretty much unable to use any form of Live right now. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as this is really bugging me, thanks.
