• Blue Screen When Trying to Shut Down or Restart.

Hello all, Recently I've been having troubles geting a BSOD when I attempt to shut down or restart. I click on start, then click on shut down (or restart, depending on what I'm trying to do..), and then about a second after I click it, I get a BSOD. It says something along the lines of "A crucial process was terminated". I'm not 100% sure what that means..any ideas on what it could be? I have only a few games (WoW, Rift, and APB, that's about it.) installed, and I'm not really sure that's causing the problem anyway. I don't have any virtual mounting software like DaemonTools either. All drivers are compatible and up to date. However, I have noticed a .exe file and the process to go along with it that I have no idea what it is..nor can I find search results on it, and it never goes away. The process is "HA1XKCZOKS.exe", found in my Appdata/Roaming file, apparently as a hidden file..and when I try to end the process via task manager, and it warns me it is a system process and will shut down the OS if I end it. Anyone have an idea on what that could be, and/or if it's related to the BSOD? Just seems really fishy to me. I haven't seen it before my recent reformat. (Read below for more info on this) Picture of the HA1XKCZOKS.exe: When trying to end the above process: I'm running 64 bit Windows 7, and all hardware checks out..I dont know what else to do, so Im asking here. Thanks  Edit: Just saw the other thread on the .exe, decided to run a Virus total and..sure enough, there's some red flags on it. Deleted it, got a BSOD, booted back up, tried shutting down and..still got a BSOD. This and the BSODs HAS to be related to this, I have tried deleting it with killbox, got a BSOD, and it's still there. How the fuck do I get rid of this? Or should I just reformat?
Try removing it in Safemode.
That's a vrius no doubt at all with a name like that. Also I don't really think there are exes in the appdata folder. Nab a copy of Avast and do a full system scan.
