I cannot imagine it having nearly the same capacity as a file manager on Android would have. I doubt you'll be able to delete files required by downloaded applications etc. It's still a good thing though. I'm hoping Apple will surprise everyone and allow different launchers. I would consider a move back to iOS if they did.
Hell will freeze over before this happens.
I said the same about Apple offering a keyboard replacement / API. It happened... somehow.
It'd be cool, but it probably won't function like the Android file managers like DogGunn said(there's always hope though). It's time for Apple to allow iOS to be more like Android in some departments. I hope this version of iOS allows different styled icons, or at least allow you to place apps freely on the homescreen.
Hell will freeze over before this happens.
I disagree considering what DogGunn2 said about the custom keyboards. Apple are very restrictive but with every iOS version they've opened up more. And now it possibly looks like we'll be getting some form of a real file manager.
