Dark Souls 3 causes GPU crash, black screen, other issues

As of an hour ago, my computer refuses to play dark souls for any significant length of time. I have an R9 380 4Gb, and the drivers are up to date, no programs or drivers were installed or downloaded between it working fine and not working. The game will either crash to desktop, or the GPU will display an error saying that Wattman has crashed and needs to reload (I have to restart it manually), or it will just send my pc to a blackscreen that I can only get away from by shutting down my PC and restarting it manually. I don't believe that it's my GPU drivers, as the last time I updated them was last week and I've played the game multiple times for lengthy periods of time since with absolutely no issue. I've tried restarting multiple times, changing my wattman settings, verifying game cache integrity in steam, and nothing has produced any result.
So yeah, I could use some help. My specs are i5-4590 3.3GHz, 8Gb RAM, XFX ATI AMD Radeon R9 380 4gb. I checked my tempuratures as well during gameplay, and when I checked they hovered around 70 C.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my driver, and the driver will only partially install. I tried everything it suggested on the support page, no difference. If I can't get this to work in the next hour I'm setting this fucking thing on fire.
Did you use DDU when you uninstalled and reinstalled. I had to do that couples months back due to a driver issue similar to yours. Because simply uninstalling it and not using DDU wasn't enough. That of course was when I had R9 280x now I have an RX 480. If you did then I have no idea.
