Nice. It's really surprising how much I've come to love that game.
Also the new TK Baha DLC in October, and two more Headhunter Packs by the end of 2013.
Great game, I can't play it for more than a few hours a week, but a lot of my friends and my family play it rather religiously like an addictive MMO.
Holy shit tuesday.... starting high school so FUCK.... anyways cannot wait to get this and the other dlc's on my xbox. Overpower levels sound fun but reminds me of the prestige or something levels on diablo 3 in which you go past lvl 50 or 60.
Stop giving me more reasons to buy BL2! I have to save money for...other games!!
I really want to get back into this game, but I can't be bothered to play through the campaign again and again.
ok but will they fix the bs player health and damage to enemy health and damage curve?
most likely not, will be worse is the previous one is anything to go by
ok but will they fix the bs player health and damage to enemy health and damage curve?
Not unless Gearbox actually hires someone who's knowledge of how to make a decent endgame extends beyond add more places to kill things.
Whats even the point of leveling up anymore?
Whats even the point of leveling up anymore?
To have more skills?
Whats even the point of leveling up anymore?
Are you fucking serious? [editline]g[/editline] I mean holy shit why would you say something like that related to a game like Borderlands?
However, adding more levels isn't going to fix the absolutely unfun UVHM enemy health.
However, adding more levels isn't going to fix the absolutely unfun UVHM enemy health.
And don't forget lvl 90'S COMING SOON... just imagine it but we are getting 80+ enemy's now with the overpower level's. I bet soon enough we are getting lvl 100's.

But still I wish Gearbox kept with BL1's numbers, everything would have better scaling.
Also if the article didn't mention the level 73-80 enemies drop level 73-80 guns which you can use against them.
However, adding more levels isn't going to fix the absolutely unfun UVHM enemy health.
Seriously, like Borderlands 2 was supposed to like my dream game, and it's just soul crushing to the sheer amount of whats is either ignorance or apathy toward the state of the game once the product is out door. Like, your writing is cute and all, but the DLC sure as hell ain't worth the install time, much less the purchase price if I have to grind my way through bullet-sponge enemies with nothing but predictable, boring loot to show for it. Like, how hard would it be to fix these things? Just make enemy stats rise parallel with players' and use a primarily global loot table instead of the god awful baddie x drops item y one.
Also if the article didn't mention the level 73-80 enemies drop level 73-80 guns which you can use against them.
They're level 73-80 but will probably appear as 72.
The enemies are really not as bad as you guys are making them out to be. Yeah they can be bullet spongy but only a few enemy types here and there were notably stupid difficult to fight (fucking witchdoctors, they can eat shit). The point of the higher difficulty modes is that the enemies take more bullets to kill, so it actually makes you think about a good skill build, playing with 3 other people, and making sure your weapons are top notch. The DLC was also pretty good.

Just take one look at the enemy health/damage vs the Player Health/Damage chart put up a while ago. It's broken and unfun. Even in TVHM, some bosses were actually unbeatable unless I bugged out their AI, as it would have taken way too long to kill them had I done a face to face fight, when they could just hit me once.
