I currently have a fan on top blowing air out and a fan in the back blowing air out. I want to install a fan in the front of my case or the side, which would be better? I put a tissue on the side where the fan goes and it sticks to it and it also did that in the front. So would i have to put the fan facing in so the fan is sucking air in and blowing it inside?
Also these are my temps why idling, are they good?

You dont seem like you need a fan those temps are fine.
Maybe see if there is dust in your GPU but thats it.
If you must add a fan, add one up front for optimal airflow. (dont use the side, its for cpu fan funnels)
There will be places on the case where they will allow a fan. If there are none then you would need to get a new case instead of trying to hack job it.

Yea thats what i wanted to do was put the fan in the front... But now i need to figure out which way to aim the fan. To blow air out or suck air in.
Thanks for the advice.

Yea i have 3 extra spots for fans, i would never hack job a case.

Choose the one that seems to work best. If you got a extra front spot, put it there. You want the extra fan to suck air in.

Alright thank you so much!
You want air to flow from the front to the back.
Graphics card looks a little hot if those are idle temps
not terrible though, but for my preferences....
More fans in then out is better. You don't suck up all the dust like that.

Dust wise it doesn't matter, but a positive pressure is always better.
Why is your ram running at 666MHz?

DDR stands for dual data rate. Take that 666 Mhz and do it x2 and you get 1300+mhz.
