• Is this a decent program to use to clean my computer up?

I've been having issues with a guitar pedal I plug into the computer. After asking on the companies website, a staff member suggested I download this program and try using it to clean my computer up, in hopes it will resolve the problem I'm having. My computer has been acting a bit weird lately. So should I give it a shot? I have to buy it but it's fairly cheap. CCleaner fixes registry issues, I believe. You should never have to pay for these things. Edit: Wait. erase free space? What? Edit2: Oh wait. I read it wrong. Bad reading for me. Edit3: I also don't see how this would fix a guitar pedal.
After asking on the companies website, a staff member suggested
Of course they are going to suggest their product. Go with above poster, use CCleaner. It'll get the job done. And the Guitar pedal, try updating the drivers.
It isn't the staff members product, haha. The staff member works for Line 6, who makes my guitar pedal. I went to their site to complain about my pedal because it shouldn't be acting up like this, poor choice of words on my part. The drivers are fine, I've done all I can to ensure my pedal isn't just malfunctioning, but rather Windows is having a hard time recognizing it. I'll try CCleaner. Thanks
These programs are BAD. Don't use them.
