As soon as you learn to dropkick zeds though, the game becomes a blast. Also grappling hook.
Get 1 or 2 friends to go with this game and you'll have an absolute fucking blast. The developers are amazing too. Sooo much free shit years after the game has released, not to mention the massive DLC's they put out that could pass as a standalone game.
Buy it, give it a try. These are the kind of developers you'd want to support.
Yeah, the story is kind of meh (and takes a bit of a nosedive at the end), but the game itself is a blast with a couple of friends. It's especially thrilling playing during night when the volatiles come out.
