And it seems nothing is in the display tab, this hasn't happened to me before. At first I thought it was Norton because ever since I installed it and tried to play games, they wouldn't work.
I've never updated drivers before sadly, as I know little about computers. I've never tried updating because when I tried, it said my Radeon X1650 didn't pass Windows Logo Testing and it could un-stable my computer so I just didn't update. But that doesn't seem to be the problem with this I think.
Anybody got a idea how to fix it?
I would suggest uninstalling Norton and getting something like Avast! or AVG. As for your drivers, go to ATI's website and go to the driver download section. Choose your model card and download them.

I'll say again, last time I tried updating. I didn't, because Windows said that my current card didn't pass Windows Logo Testing and could make my computer un-stable.
If you're downloading the right driver (and you are SURE that you're doing so), just ignore any warnings and install them. If you get instability, roll back via the device manager. (We'll help you with that should it be necessary)

It's the lowest of the low in free AV software.
I use avast free. Works well when combined with common sense.

No it is not. It does a better job then most Anti Virus software. Now is it the best no but it is in no way bad.
Got it fixed, turns out my Graphics card was just disabled.
