I've done basically everything to get rid of this son of a bitch.
It's not dead, I don't think at least.
It's a very light shade of green, however I don't know if it's stuck on the G pane of the LCD because it doesn't seem like a solid green color, more so just the light pane shining through, however it seems to go completely away on anything that is moderately bright.
I've tried pressure, heating, software, tapping, beating, powering on and off with pressure, acute pressure, and of course the company who manufactures this particular monitor won't do anything unless there's more than like 3-8 or something.
It's too late to return it as well, any quick fixes you can think of?
Try running this: http://www.jscreenfix.com/basic.php ,Click the hug obvious "Launch JScreenFix" button at the bottom, its a java applet that can fix so-called dead pixels sometimes, but if that part of the LCD is actually damaged, theres not much you can do.
*software* would include that, sorry for not being more specific.
When it was shipped there was a loose part rattling around in the monitor, made me go like what the fuck but then it worked fine.
Didn't notice this stuck pixel till a while after.
Than its a dead pixel, and can not usually be repaired, you're pretty much screwed.
Don't dead pixels only appear in black?
Dead pixels are dead and off all the time. You just don't notice them some times.
I was generalising, I ment a physically damaged pixel, that is not fixable using the monitors tools or software (flashing various colors on the screen, etc)
Stuck Sub-Pixels ("Defective Pixel", Wikipedia)
A stuck sub-pixel [3] is a pixel that is always "on." This is usually caused by a transistor that is not getting any power, and is therefore continuously allowing light at that point to pass through to the RGB layer. This means that any given pixel will stay red, blue, or green, and will not change when attempting to display an image. These pixels may only show up using certain applications, or they may be on all of the time.
As you can see, this is a hardware problem, and you have gone threw the various homebrew ways to fix it, and so, you can either get it replaced or do nothing.
Well, would it be classified as a stuck pixel or do you think I could bullshit about some kind of transistor malfunction to get a new one/replacement/worked on?

Try to get it replaced, make sure that you emphasise the hardware problem, don't mention dead/stuck pixel, as an operator will just automatically feed you their bullshit dead pixel policy, say that the a few of the LCD diodes are malfunctioning, causing strange green spots on your monitor, she'll/he'll probably take you through their refund process, which means:
