What one should I trust, my bios said 40 just a second ago when I was overclocking my i7. I was also thinking of buying a new heatsink for it, if I should, what one should I get?
How big is your screen?
22" :v or 1920x1080.
Nice :)
I would go with Hardware Monitor. Off topic: What rainmeter skin is that? (if it is one) Try Real Temp and Core Temp to see what they say.

My BIOS said 48 Degrees as HWMonitor said 75 degrees?
My BIOS said 48 Degrees as HWMonitor said 75 degrees?
Bios is with nothing running. Thats like the minimum idle temp. [editline]11:55AM[/editline] Do you still have the .rar or .zip for the rainmeter skin?

Thx I wanted it for my lappy. The cpu does cool down that fast.
Never trust speedfan.
explain
explain
Most of the time it reports wrong temps.
You have to set it up properly for it to work well, using HWmonitor or realtemp is a more accurate way.
HWmonitor is more accurate AFAIK. Also what widgets are you using? They look awesome.
