Will I Need SATA Cables For An OEM Disk Drive/Hard Drive?

Also will I need to buy standoffs? It looks like a bag of screws come with my case (CM Storm Sniper) but I'm unsure.
Cases generally come with standoffs. Look up some reviews for the Sniper, reviewers generally take a detailed look at the accessories included with a case. Those will tell you if they do or not, although, for a $130 case, there had better be standoffs included.
OEM means that you get the item advertised and nothing else. The sata cables you need should come with your motherboard (Take a look at the box picture of your mobo on newegg, they include shots of the included sata cables in that particular picture), but you might need to buy more if you're using all the included ones elsewhere.
cases will come with standoffs and motherboards will come with sata cables
Your motherboard came with SATA cables. And to answer your question, OEM drives don't come with anything but the bare drive, and sometimes a warranty paper.
Looks like my mobo only comes with one sata cable, I'll get another to be safe.
the cheapest motherboard I ever got came with 2, what kind of shit did you buy?
Lol, my EVGA and ASUS each came with 4 SATA cables.

Didn't buy it yet, I still need a good mobo. See my thread in PC Building

Same for my MSI P45T-C51, only comes with one SATA cable, but I have enough SATA cables with my 2 old computers.

That explains a bit why my motherboard was on a cheap price (with the fact you can't Crossfire/SLI with it) Doesn't mean it's a bad mobo, though.

If you ever manage to buy more than one IDE device, or like me, have leftovers like a dvd player which is IDE, you could always use SATA/IDE cards, then you´ll be happy that you won´t have to buy more.
I was pissed when my new motherboard didn't come with a floppy ide port

Your choice
I'm going to pull a zip drive out of the closet just because I don't like your attitude
The only use I could think of for a floppy is if I'm installing XP
