What do you collect, my good sir? I collect vintage video game consoles (pong consoles, nintendo 64, nes, etc.). Feel free to post up some pics.
I collect vinyls.
I collect model trains (Märklin).
Mostly video games, figurines, and antique electric fans. For the past year or so I've been focusing mainly on the fans.
I have a video game collection, 140 and counting. http://steamcommunity.com/id/danielsmith/games?tab=all

Old computers to play with
I collect a backlog of awkward moments and weird/funny situations. Sometimes i even put myself in a dumb situation just to come out of it with a story to add to my collection. For example, After working at my job for 3 or so weeks, I didn't know if my bosses name was Stacey, or Tracey. So i went on a limb and called her Tracey, To which she replied with an angry tone, "STACEY.". I forgot the question i was going to ask her and left. She was a thunder cunt anyway and i ended up leaving.
I have a video game collection, 140 and counting. http://steamcommunity.com/id/danielsmith/games?tab=all
That's easier to do on PC than console. I'd have to find a place to store all of the game cases.
Starting a collection of model planes.
Dust. Old books about/based on historical wars. My past electronics. Some comics. CDs (mainly music, since I get my games on Steam now) Some figures of game characters (foot tall Master Chiefs are nice) Anything interesting I find at army surplus stores Boxes to things I buy ...and that's all I can think of now.
I'd love to collect mugs. Why mugs? I don't fucking know. But mugs are fucking awesome.

Used to collect state quarters, then I realized how useless it was and spent it all on weed and cigarettes.
Video games, coca cola items, and anything with a wolf on it.
Keychains and Coca Cola merchandise and bottles/cans. Also rocks and seashells cause I'm cool like that.
