• Looking for a tablet pc

Hello errybody, I'm a college freshman majoring in computer science and I'm looking for a tablet pc to bring to classes. I'd like a tablet pc so that I can write notes on it as a tablet for math, english, science, etc. but I'd like to also have the keyboard available to code with. The desks in the lecture halls are kind of small, so I'm not looking for anything large, and a long battery life is a must. It'd be nice if I could play some non-intensive video games on it to pass the time, but it's not important. I'm looking in the price range of about 300-600 dollars. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
well one thing that meets all your requirements except coding is the Asus Transformer but I'm pretty sure you don't want an android tablet There's the Inspiron Duo but I'm not sure that's for writing, give me a bit and I'll find something

They tend to be very expensive, since they are a pretty niche product, and the screen itself is pretty damn expensive. So you might have to settle with either going used (but less powerful) tablet, or settle for a normal laptop. I would probably just skip the tablet idea and just go for a laptop. I'm sure you would rather have something with decent performance as opposed to pen input. The pen input feature is nice to have, but taking notes via keyboard is still doable. And, you still have good-ol pen and paper.
netbook?
tablet netbooks do exist http://www.buy.com/pr/product.aspx?sku=219475864&sellerid=29338475
