• ALL Games running on Ultra Low Settings after installing new Drivers

So as some of you have seen steam now has some sort of auto driver updater for ATI so i thought i should do that and i did, but when i went to go play a game they all have really low resolution blurry textures, and i mean all of them, i tried it on Borderlands, Bulletstorm, Fallout: New Vegas, and they all look like this: So at first i thought maybe steam F'ed up so i grabbed the "latest" drivers from AMD's website but to no avail, i have an ATI Radeon HD 4600 series btw. All my games worked fine before i used steams's ATI updater, so its definitely a driver problem, any thoughts?
Roll back to previous drivers.

How would I "roll back"

Don't use automatic updates for drivers. They're almost always old.

But the steam ones seem to be very buggy, I've had to stop them from installing on my PC as I always end up getting graphics anomalies after they install. Installing them manually works fine though.
Have you tried checking the Mipmap detail settings in the drivers? They control the size of textures, and could have been automatically been set to lowest somehow. http://i.imgur.com/k6Tc9.png
