That'd be nice. The whole "up to" shit is barely a step away from outright false advertising.
I have Virgin Media broadband and it's advertised as up to 360 Mbps. I am getting 370 so I don't really now what's going on there. Makes me think - Surely if I am getting 370, they probably can push for 1 Gigabit speeds too but for some reason are holding back on this? (probably for business reasons?) But yeah, up to is always bullshit, I would prefer ISP's to advertise: Minimum Guaranteed Speed.
