Hello, I've been using the Logitech G230 for the past few days now, and I've noticed that the overall headset volume is a lot lower even after turning up the volume in windows and using the physical volume adjuster.
Any help? I've even fiddled around in the control panel audio devices, but to no effect. It's starting to really bother me
Thanks!
What is your playback device?
Have you tried using a different audio jack on your computer (if possible)?
Have you tried reinstalling your audio drivers?

The headset is my playback device
Yes I have, to no improvement
Reinstalling them from the driver site or using the CD that came with my motherboard?
I tried updating the driver software and enabling/disabling it but to no help.
Any help guys? I even had issues with the mic volume but i managed to fix that. Need to increase headset volume even though it's on max both on windows and the physical adjuster. Still pretty soft
have you tried checking the "disable all sound effects" checkbox in the playback audio properties, under enhancements tab? if that doesn't do anything, also try unchecking "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" under advance tab

Tried it, it made little noticible difference, but it's still pretty low
