About half way through this month YouTube videos have become a problem just on this one PC. After I click the video I just get the normal black YouTube window with the spinning loading circle. It doesn't matter if it's 1 minute long or 5 minutes long, HD or non-HD, the video will take a good 2-3 minutes to actually start. When it actually starts the video will load almost instantly, sometimes it will even be done by the time the video starts. This has never been a problem in the past, videos have normally started and loaded instantly.
I've tried clearing my cache and using different browsers but I still get the same problem.
I'm on Windows 7 x64, Firefox 3.5.1, 24Mbit wired connection. YouTube videos load perfectly on my other computers running XP, Vista and Win7 all with Firefox 3.5.1.

Also tried with and without firewall. No difference, videos loaded fine with the firewall on before.
Reinstall Adobe Flash Player.
