I can't get this shit to update and it's annoying. I keep getting "Download Suspended", TF2 seriously has about 400kb left and won't resume. I've tried everything, changing download regions, even just deleted everything except Steam.exe and steamapps and had it redownload. If I hit play, it "validates" and usually just ends in saying the files checked out whilst popping up a window saying the server is busy at the same time.
The balance changes are brilliant. I went against a scout who had the gun that changes his run speed and it didn't end very well. I would imagine scout vs scout will be even more harrowing when one is slow and one is fast.

Kind of, when the soldier/demoman rocket jumps you get the push in the same direction, it doesn't work as an elastic though.
Still, this improves greatly the mobility with the quickfix.
so when they rocket jump, you get the same push? so you could spin around and go the other way if you wanted?

Personally I thought the low ROF was enough to balance that from day one, but every single update it seems valve has reduced the spin-up boost, at this point it's completely worthless, and they're still probably gonna add that -100 hp nerf to.

Well, technically not worthless, better than having no weapon at all, but since that's impossible and [b]all[/b] of the alternatives are superior, it's as good as worthless.
It broke Gmod by causing dll errors on startup.

the other miniguns suck. The tomislav is extremely deadly if you're using it correctly, aka making use of the silent spin up.
the stock minigun does not suck.
