Sup?
My cheap $40 motherboard is finally starting to die out. It's got a bulging capacitor that is frequently giving me drivers errors and messing up the core-clock of my OC'd CPU.
I'm currently looking at this.

Reason I chose that one is because of reliable brand, good chipset, and 4x RAM slots. I have 2GBs(1x1GB) of RAM already, and I'd like to throw another two in eventually.
I would just like to have a second opinion in this matter.
Specs just in case:
AMD 240 X2 @ stock
2GBs Kingston DDR2 800MHz
ATI Powercolor 5750 1GB
Foxconn A7VMX-K
550W Ultra LSP
250GB WD Laptop HDD
Thanks in advance!

Oh, and I'd like to spend no more than $70 including shipping.
