Oh, so I don't have to worry about it for leaving a team of idiots once I get to the Victory/Defeat screen. That's nice to know.

the time spent finding a new game and playing THAT to the end is a huge loss of XP. A losing game still grants you decent XP (especially if you're performing well compared to your teammates), shit's over between 2.5-5 minutes if it's [I]really [/I]bad, just suck it up. Who knows, maybe your team was bad at the start because it lacked a healer but someone switched just a bit afterward, or some other guy left and you were short a man for 30 seconds, but you and the new guy are such powerhouses that you'll hold off the second point for a good game

This is incredibly generous (for which I'm glad).
I'd imagine the situation being somewhat different in competitive when it's landed otherwise these rulesets seem completely fair for quickplay being able to leave without penalty before rollout is fair, incase you or your group forget to do so in the previous game
