This sounds a awesome idea it would be cool if you could trade games from account to account but i could also see issues with game trading .
That would be great.
I could bug my friend to let me play Witcher 2 if that happens.
This would be so nice!
Well I guess the Xbone was good for at least one thing.

Cause steam just put this code in after Xbox one talked about it.
No, probably have been working/writing it for a good while now.
This would hurt their sales so much, don't think they'll actually do it.

If they limited the amount of time between shares or how much a person can share, or something like those things, it wouldn't do so that much.
What if its just to show what games you have on your profile :P

2-3 shares per month?

The code implies actual game sharing:
"SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicense_Title" "Shared game library"
"SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicenseLocked_OwnerText" "Just so you know, your games are currently in use by %borrower%. Playing now will send %borrower% a notice that it's time to quit."
"SteamUI_JoinDialog_SharedLicenseLocked_BorrowerText" "This shared game is currently unavailable. Please try again later or buy this game for your own library."
