• Trouble connecting to Steam

When i try to login it says: Could not connect to Steam Network. This could be due to a problem with your internet connection, or with the Steam Network. Please visit www.steampowered.com for more info. I tried everything it says on the website and still nothing. I can connect to steam from other locations (like my friends' house) but not home. Any ideas?
Tried the basic stuff, as in restarting?

Try doing a scan for virusses, spyware or reviewing what you installed before it happened. Try restarting your PC or see if similair problems on your PC are having the same effect.
did all those ive removed all steam shit from exceptions and re-added them. I tried connecting with firewall and av off. I restarted my computer. and i dont have any of programs installed that valve said causes trouble with steam
What about virusses/spyware?
clean according to avira
Did you set any system restore points? If so, try reverting to the closest date before it happened Otherwise, re-install steam (without deleting your games ofcourse), or deleting that clientregistry.blob in your steam folder.
already reinstalled steam )C:
What did you do right before the first time Steam couldn't connect? Anything come to mind?
