So I just built a new PC and I am having some serious issues. First I will post my specs.

So here are the issues.
-I am crashing constantly on Space Engineers, Arc, and I have crashed on GTA5 and LoL. The only other game I have played and not crashed on is FO4, however I am also having issues on that.
-On GTAV and FO4 I am having issues with the minimap flashing. On FO4 the waypoints on the minimap are flashing on and off and mixing to the point where its hard to see where I am going. On GTA5 all the waypoints on the minimap show up but the GPS where to go route is flashing on and off to the point where I can hardly see where to go.
-On space engineers I crash quite frequently, it gives me some sort of Sharp DX error in the logs and a windows popup says my video drivers have crashed and recovered. Now I started playing in windowed mode and it no longer crashes the game but I get a video drivers have crashed.
-On Facebook the videos that buffer load quick, but are still choppy. I know the videos are fully buffered, cause I can see the bar, and I have high speed internet, however it gets choppy and after a while facebook crashes.
-The crash on League of Legends, which I have never had a crash on on my old laptop with shitty parts, said my computer needed a restart.
-On steam my Message windows weren't appearing even while people were messaging me. I would right click the bar on the task bar and move and it would show me an invisible window but nothing there. I made it reappear by disabling my onboard graphics card, but all the other problems still persist.
-Even Chrome is crashing when I am typing a messages, it just locks up to the point I have to close out and restart it.
I can run everything on Ultra or High settings pretty smoothly, but then out of nowhere it crashes.
For the past week I have been thinking it was my video drivers for my card and I have gone through extreme measures to try to delete, and reinstall what I think the correct drivers are to no avail.
I have surfed the web for a lot of these individual issues, and I don't come up with any results. The only thing I can somewhat get answers for are Space Engineers crashes, and they say video card drivers which I have looked into on countless occasions.
It is hard to determine the root considering I have never used a lot of this stuff. This is my first time using Windows 10 so I am not sure if that is the cause and this is my first time using MSI so I am not sure if that is the cause. Either way I am pulling my damn hair out!
If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, because spending this much money on a brand new PC and it crashing more so than my old shitty laptop is extremely depressing and super frustrating. I can provide any additional info if anyone needs.
I'm really not sure on this. By uninstalled the graphics you mean used DDU? If you haven't that'd be my first step. What driver version are you exactly using from the AMD site? Try stressing your GPU with Heaven Benchmark and see if that causes any crashes.
-try installing an older and driver for a while.
-what are Your temperatures under load (use HWMONITOR)
-what psu do You have?
I appreciate the help guys.
Currently using 15.30 suggested by AMD.

I used DDU to remove the drivers and install old ones, new ones, beta ones, and latest stable. Maybe I was doing it wrong I am not sure. I did at one point manage to blackscreen my computer and have to safemode it.
Specs not included
-CPU Cooler [Corsair H60]
-PSU [EVGA G2 750W]
[code]Unigine Heaven Benchmark Results
FPS: 64.8
Score: 1631
Min FPS: 8.7
Max FPS: 115.4
Platform: Windows NT 6.2 (build 9200) 64bit
CPU model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (3503MHz) x4
GPU model: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 10.18.15.4256/AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series 15.300.1025.0 (4095MB) x1
Direct3D11
Mode: 1920x1080 8xAA fullscreen
Quality: Ultra
Tessellation: Normal

I do find it odd it says (4095MB) considering it is an 8gb card, but I am not sure how that is supposed to work. While I was putting the Computer together I was having a rough time figuring out what to do with all the cables. For the GPU I wound up having to use two separate GPU cables from 2 separate slots of the PSU to hook it up.
Here is under load. Temp looks fine however utilization keeps jumping all over the place, hitting 100% frequently... What exactly is it using at 100%? the memory on GPU?

Have you gotten a chance to try the benchmark yet?

I did, the results are in the box of the previous post. Everything ran pretty smoothly.

Well I'm blind apparently. No crashes during the benchmark probably means it's driver related, but I'm not entirely sure where to go from here. I feel like there has to be some core component somewhere that's fucking up. You don't happen to have a spare hard drive, do you?
I have 3 hard drives, sorry for taking a bit to respond, been working a lot. AMD I guess came out with some new Crimson drivers going to take a look at those.
