They also need to stop allowing cards for games that haven't been unlocked yet. Prices of those badges go into the $100s.

On the one hand I feel like this is fine. Scummy devs should be punished for exploiting the system On the other hand I feel this is just so that one japanese steam card guy can finally stop emailing valve about having to spend [I]even more money [/I]on cards.
