What's that "waking up/early morning" song in almost every movie?

This will be impossible to ask, But there's always that one song that plays in the beginning of movies/shows, with the character waking up. It's all melodic and peaceful, maybe on a flute or something.
This is figuratively and literally killing me.

I've also heard it in many cartoons.

Probably some opening intro of a movie where a gnome is stretching his limbs on a beautiful morning while birds are also singing.
And then the gnome probably catches the scent of a freshly baked apple pie.
