well i have a lot of junk on my laptop and i dont know how to uninstall alot of and my cpu usage is at a almost constant 88% and im down to 66.5g of the 250 i started with but my question is when i reformat will i have to reinstall the OS? and if so how? i don't have a disc i got windows 7

so do i need to burn a disc or what? im just tired of my lp degrading
I think making a [url=http://www.howtohaven.com/system/createwindowssetupdisk.shtml] Bootable Disk[/url] is the way to do that, though I've never done it before. And are you an experienced computer user? I believe Panda (maybe someone else) formats and clean installs his pc every 2 months, and I have a folder with a bunch of once a month programs,[url=http://www.piriform.com/defraggler]Defrag[/url], [url=http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner]Ccleaner[/url] and [url=http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php]Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware[/url] just to keep my pc running smoothly.
What model is the laptop? On some they will have a recovery partition that lets you reinstall the OS, not to mention pretty much all of them should have the option to create a recovery disk in start > programs somewhere.
