• Java is broken.

So, I'm counting this as a completely separate issue to all my other problems. Java simply does not and will not work. I use it for things like GMPU (Gmod Publishing Utility) And various mapping tools. I've reinstalled my Graphics Drivers and Java several times. I've even ran it the Java installer as Administrator. Originally there was an error: "java(tm) platform se binary has stopped working" - However after reinstalling Java that has stopped, and I could run GMPU, but once I closed it wont open. I've restarted my PC as well. Now when I launch Java based tools they just wont open. There is no activity in Task Manager and no errors to work off. Any advice would be great!
Update: Booting using MSCONFIG And disabling all services etc means that Java works. What do I do now?
In the other thread you mentioned that you backed up some software before reinstalling Windows. As long as you installed a fresh copy of Java from the website I don't see why this doesn't work. You could try uninstalling it again and grabbing the installer for "Other browser", which should be universal and working. The installer should be approximately 50 MB or more in size last I checked.

But when Avast is running, it does not even interact with Java, or my java based programs. Avast can't even be running and have it's shield disabled. Avast has to actually be closed for Java to work. And I don't know why?
Avast may have some protection against executables of some nature? I'm not familiar with Avast but it might be possible to add the Java files to its whitelist or similar and it should allow you to use Java with no problems.

I uninstalled Avast and the problem still persists. I don't have a clue at this point.
See if you can whitelist it in Windows Defender. I'm unsure whether Avast completely disables Windows Defender while it's installed. Otherwise, I can only recommend re-installing Windows again. The issue you are having is really strange as it's a fresh build with a fresh installation of Java which should work out of the box, essentially. If all else fails, you could try contacting whatever Java support center there is.
