• Ask a Reykjavík Marathon worker anything

You guessed it, I'm an employee responsible for most of the things that happen during the preparation for the 2011 Reykjavík Marathon! For the past 6 summers (I'm 16) I have worked summers for this run, and I am quite experienced when it comes to marathons. Ask and request anything you like!
What the hell is a Reykjavik?
It's a city deep in the atlantic. In other words, in the middle of nowhere.
Ever see anyone take a shit while running? I hear it's common to just drop a load.
No, but I have seen a 42 km runner jump into a port-a-potty, take a quick dump and get out within a minute. According to witnesses, he did not wipe nor flush. Imagine how embarrassed he was. Have you ever timed yourself run on a track before? Time yourself on a 2 mile run.
How busy is the city you live in?
