I need a good TV tuner card that supports both composite and HDMI. I'll be using this for my media center PC as a replacement for a regular TV. The reason I need HDMI is because it needs to be able to record it as well.
Budget $100
I'm not really an expert with TV tuners, but why do you need a composite input? Can't you just record the standard definition video using the HDMI input?
I need it for old consoles, etc. so that I can use them normally as I would with a TV

Older devices don't use HDMI. So his need for composite is reasonable.
Exactly

There's no passive composite->HDMI adapter either, so I need it to support composite.
Get seperate TV Tuner and capture cards.

TV Tuner is a card that let's you watch and record TV via antenna input, right? And capture card is the same but for composite/HDMI inputs?
Anyone can confirm that?
